Our Name

Our name is formed by two Latin words:

• Novo: to make new, change, invent, or renew
• Vigeo: to be strong, be effective, thrive, and flourish

Alone each word is inspiring. Yet, it is their complementarity and need to work together that drives all we do. 

We start with the end in mind, regardless of whether supporting clients envision a strategy, organizational development initiative, transformation effort, or systems change. Everything works toward and is fueled by the goals of increasing effectiveness and mission impact. Ultimately, we are motivated by and use approaches aimed at helping all to thrive ­– both as a process and purpose for change.
