Our Name

Our name is formed by two Latin words:

• Novo: to make new, change, invent, or renew
• Vigeo: to be strong, be effective, thrive, and flourish

Alone each word is inspiring. Yet, it is their complementarity and need to work together that drives all we do. 

We start with the end in mind, regardless of whether supporting individuals to imagine the future they want for themselves and their leadership or equipping organizational leaders to envision a strategy, development initiative, transformation effort, or systems change. Everything works toward and is fueled by the goals of increasing effectiveness and mission impact. Ultimately, we are motivated by and use approaches aimed at helping all to thrive ­– both as a process and purpose for change.
