Founder and Principal of NovoVigeo, Dr. Angie Fuessel has over 25 years’ experience fostering effectiveness and transformation amongst individuals, organizations, and systems. As an advisor, consultant, and coach, she brings significant expertise in organizational strategy, development, and change as well as social innovation in the United States and abroad. 

As a tri-sector leader, she has worked in and consulted for all three sectors and fostered transformation from both internal and external perspectives. Her leadership roles have included serving as a management consultant with both Booz Allen Hamilton and Booz & Co; Advisor in the Government of Abu Dhabi; and Director in Ashoka U, the higher education initiative of social entrepreneurship pioneer Ashoka.  

Angie holds an MBA from Oxford University and doctorate from George Washington University in Human and Organizational Learning, a multi-disciplinary degree drawing on adult learning and organizational leadership, culture, and change theory and research.

She has successfully completed 104 Hours of CTI’s Coach Training Program (Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals, Fulfillment, Balance, Process, & Synergy) in her current pursuit of ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). 

Angie is PROSCI Change Management certified and holds certificates in Organization Change & Development from Hawaii Pacific University and in Social Entrepreneurship from the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE).
