Founder and Principal of NovoVigeo Consulting, LLC, Dr. Angie Fuessel has over 20 years’ experience fostering effectiveness and transformation amongst individuals, organizations, and systems. She brings significant expertise in social innovation and organizational strategy, development, and change in the United States and abroad. 

As a tri-sector leader, she has worked in and consulted for all three sectors and fostered transformation from both internal and external perspectives. Her leadership roles have included serving as a management consultant with both Booz Allen Hamilton and Booz & Co; Advisor in the Government of Abu Dhabi; and Director in Ashoka U, the higher education initiative of social entrepreneurship pioneer Ashoka.  

Angie holds an MBA from Oxford University and doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University. She is PROSCI Change Management certified and holds certificates in Organization Change & Development from Hawaii Pacific University and in Social Entrepreneurship from the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE).
