Prior to launching NovoVigeo, our Founder led strategies and transformations both from within organizations and as a consultant to them. So, we know the advantages and disadvantages to both. We get that too often external consultants recommend elaborate strategies that are impractical or for which the organization is not ready or able to implement. We have also seen internal expertise and insight go untapped and un-mobilized. 

At NovoVigeo, our approach is to be your outside-in partner. We offer deep expertise and neutral, third-party perspective while coming alongside your team and rolling up our sleeves to help unleash your organization's inherent insights and capabilities.
