How We Work

Our Approach

Prior to launching NovoVigeo, our Founder led strategies and transformations both from within organizations and as a consultant to them. So, we know the advantages and disadvantages to both. We get that too often external consultants recommend elaborate strategies that are impractical or for which the organization is not ready or able to implement. We have also seen internal expertise and insight go untapped and un-mobilized. 


At NovoVigeo, our approach is to be your outside-in partner. We offer deep expertise and neutral, third-party perspective while coming alongside you and your team and rolling up our sleeves to help unleash your inherent insights and capabilities.

Roles

We take on different roles, depending upon our clients' unique needs, offering tailored support. NovoVigeo often serves as a/an:


  • Coach that asks powerful questions, helping clients connect with their purpose and vision and drive meaningful action.
  • Consultant that offers strategies, frameworks, tools, and best practices that help organizations foster change and impact.
  • Advisor that helps senior executives to identify and weigh options and tradeoffs as they consider critical decisions.
  • Guide that helps groups navigate complexity and change to create clear strategic, social innovation, and/or transformation plans.
  • Process Facilitator that brings out expertise, vision, collective wisdom, and innovative solutions.
  • Curator of research and thought leadership, together with the spaces to co-create them.

With a scholar-practitioner mindset, we seek to be astute, yet applied, in all our client engagements.

  • Advisory and Collaborative – We often have advise based on our experience. And yet, we are relentless about working side-by-side our clients, asking the right questions, and co-creating bespoke solutions with them and their stakeholders. 
  • Strategic and Detailed – We are passionate about helping clients better perceive their complex strategic and systemic contexts and opportunities. We guide clients in creating visions for the future, change, or collective impact while also identifying the plans, success factors, and potential hurdles to achieve them.
  • Planful and Adaptive – We work with clients to be diligent in planning and accountable in measuring. We also encourage testing projects, responding to feedback signals, and iterating or pivoting as needed.
